On April 15, 2022, XSeed Games announced that they would be publishing No More Heroes III for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Microsoft Windows, set to release in the Fall of 2022, alongside a physical "Day 1 Edition" on consoles, featuring a 70 page art book, a soundtrack CD with select tracks from the game, and a Santa Destroy commemorative biker license plate.

The game will also be fully dubbed in Japanese for the first time the audio track is planned to be added to the Nintendo Switch version in a free update.
